BOOKING
When booking, a valid credit card is required to pay the non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment . This card will only be charged for the deposit, and in any instance of a no-show appointment.
Please send a reference photo if you have a design in mind. This ensures that we can give an accurate quote for both price, and appointment time.
We do not work with acrylic, dip powder, or provide gel polish removals. Please come with bare natural nails if this is your first appointment with us. If you have any allergies, please be sure to notify us prior to your appointment.

APPOINTMENT INFO
A confirmation email will be sent 48 hours prior with our location details. We are located in Etobicoke
To ensure all appointments run on time, if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled and you will need a new deposit in order to rebook.
Please understand that we schedule our appointments to make sure every client has their needs met. If you are late, we may not be able to accommodate and give you the full service you desire (i.e. cutting out nail art), or we will have to cancel your appointment (the cancellation policy will apply). Please plan ahead to ensure you’re on time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must notify NO LATER than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Reschedule requests that are under 24 hour’s notice are considered “last minute” cancellations, you will need a new deposit in order to book your appointment.
NO SHOWs will be charged 60% of the total amount of the service. If this fee is not processed, you will not be allowed to book a service until this payment is received.
